Had a great time with friends here! We explored the local parks, enjoying a lovely walk around the beautiful lake and spent the afternoon at the fun play area with a mini steam railway. The spacious rooms were a huge plus, making it perfect for our stay.

We had some issues with the air conditioning not working, which made the room quite uncomfortable during the night.

my stay at leonardo royal southampton grand harbour was delightful. the breakfast was good, and the swimming pool facilities were very nice. it's just a short walk to west quay for some shopping, which is super convenient. i loved the free access to the health club, including the gym and sauna. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Service was prompt when I requested towels, showcasing the attentive staff, yet there were disappointments with the overall cleanliness and condition of the facilities.
